The short answer is no.

Most purchases with us are custom projects, but we do have a collection of available styles in stock, which you can purchase  unprinted, or printed (refer to our Stock Catalog for availability info).

For custom orders, you can submit a New Project request, but direct bag purchases online are currently unavailable.

Once a Project is submitted, upon your quote request, we take your bag project specs (i.e. quantity, material, size) and prepare a quote-estimate for you within 1-2 business days.

Of course not! Our goal is to build a long-term relationship with all of our clients. We offer our creative design services at no cost. Whether you’re interested in a new look, or just trying to spice things up for the Holiday season, we’re here to help make your bag something special.

We create a custom portfolio of ideas for you based on your project specifications, and give you exclusive access to review designs and submit feedback.

We’ll start off by giving you an array of design concepts. Keep in mind that the design process is highly iterative and collaborative, so we send you the initial designs, and we’ll ask for your feedback to make the designs even better.

Usually, our clients ask us to tweak a few specs on the bag, whether it be colors, layout, or artwork changes. Sometimes, they even ask us to combine the top half of one concept with the bottom half of another.

Whatever the revision, big or small, we will continue to revise your bag designs until you fall in love.

Yes! Branding is our passion. Our goal is to help you take an idea from concept to reality. Describe to us your vision, and we’ll make it happen.


We would be happy to incorporate any of your team’s ideas and designs.

All designs are made in-house, by our incredible talented design team located in our NY Design Studio. 


Samples take 7-12 days to produce and deliver to your door.

We do not charge extra for samples. We take a small sample deposit, which is then credited towards your order once you confirm the full order for production. Average sample deposit ranges between $300-500.

You can request as many sample variations as you’d like.

We advise against this, unless you intend on ordering all design variations for full production, since sample designs which are not confirmed cannot be refunded.

*In some instances, we are able to create samples with minor variations at no extra cost, for your consideration.  Speak to a Project Manager to see if you qualify for a complimentary sample variation.

Pricing and Payment

  • Once the full order is confirmed, a 50% order deposit is due.
  • The balance is due when production is complete and shipped.

For special payment term requests speak to your Project Manager.

For credit card transactions exceeding $3000, a 2.89% cc fee may apply.


Production takes 25-30 calendar days.

Standard shipping takes 3-4 weeks depending on the delivery location. Expedited shipping options are available: 2-7 days

  • Priority Express: 2-3 Days
  • Standard Courier: 3-5 Days
  • Economic Courier: 5-7 Days

For some orders, expedited shipping may come standard. Speak to your Project Manager to see if your order qualifies for a express shipping.
